Due to its physical structure, our hotel is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities. We clearly and accurately inform our guests and stakeholders about our accessibility level through our website.

We strive to continuously improve our services for guests who are unable to participate in tourism activities due to visual or hearing impairments. In this regard, we have set goals such as providing sign language training for our staff, preparing promotional brochures in Braille, and installing warning and guidance signs for visually impaired guests.
